1. This prize draw (the "Golden Ticket") is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
2. The promotion is not open to employees or agencies of Grazia, Vogue.com, The Daily, Matches, Shopstyle.com their group companies or their family members.
3. Entry into the promotion is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. To enter the promotion, please complete your details in boxes shown above and press the "Submit" button.
5. Only one entry is permitted per person.
6. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
7. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
8. The closing time of the Golden Ticket competition is midnight every day of the competition following which the draw will be made. Entries received after the closing time will not be processed.
9. The Matches competition will run a daily competition from September 15th 2009 to September 23rd 2009. The competition run in partnership with Grazia starts on September 15th 2009, until September 19th 2009. The competition run with Vogue starts on September 17th, until September 19th 2009. The competition run with The Daily runs from September 19th September 2009 to September 24th 2009.
10. Concerning the Matches competition, each day, the winners will be selected at random from all the complete entries. Matches' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Concerning partners competitions, the winners will be selected at random from all complete entries at midnight, end of competition date.
11. Prizes include: £250 shopping vouchers, London Fashion Week show tickets, Cookery lessons for 2 at La Cucina Caldesi, an Erdem scarf, T-shirt and bag sets, goodie bags, etc. Each competition features different prizes.
12. The winners must claim their prize by October 5th 2009 directly with matchesfashion.com (contact details will be provided to the winners).
13. The winners will be notified by e-mail by Matches immediately after the closing date for the promotion referred to above. If the winner does not respond to that e-mail from Matches within seven days of the time of notification, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Matches will be entitled to select another winner at random (and that winner will have to respond to the e-mail sent to them by Matches within seven days of that e-mail being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their prize).
14. Matches accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
15. The winners are responsible for obtaining and possessing a valid passport, insurance and any visas that may be required.
16. Matches retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
17. When submitting your promotion entry, you will be required to give us your name and e-mail address. We will use this information to operate this promotion (including checking your eligibility to enter it), but for no other purposes. We will not keep this information for longer than is necessary for the operation of the promotion.
18. No purchase necessary.
19. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Matches for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
20. Matches reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Matches in all matters under its control is final and binding.
21. The promotion will be governed by English law.
