What is The Curator?
  • The Curator is MATCHESFASHION’s personalised loyalty programme where you earn points on qualifying purchases. These points allow you to move up through the levels of the programme where you can access an exclusive selection of rewards.
  • You will earn one point for every £10/$10/€10/HKD $100/AUD $15 spent on qualifying purchases.
  • There are terms and conditions that apply – you can find them here.

How do I join The Curator?
  • If you are a new customer, you can join The Curator by opting in when you create an account with us. Create your account here.
  • If you are an existing customer, you can join via the Manage Preferences page in My Account (find it via the top right-hand menu).
How do I know my Curator Points balance and level status?
  • Stay up-to-date on your level, Curator Points and rewards from The Curator dashboard in the My Account area.
How do I earn Curator Points?
  • You will earn 1 Curator Point for every £10/$10/€10/HKD $100/AUD $15/¥1,500 spent online and in MATCHESFASHION stores. You will not earn points on the value of any shipping, tax, duty or associated fees.
  • Earned Curator Points will show as pending in your dashboard within 24 hours of placing your order. As Curator Points are only awarded on completed purchases, points are confirmed after 30 days, minus the value of points for any returned items. Please note, you will not earn Curator Points on purchases of gift cards.
What can I do with my Curator Points?
  • Curator Points allow you to graduate through the levels of The Curator. The higher your level, the more rewards you will receive.
What happens to my Curator Points when I return an item or cancel an order?
  • If you decide to return or cancel an entire order, your pending Curator Points for that order will not be confirmed.
  • If you return or cancel part of your order, the pending Curator Points for those items will be deducted. Curator Points for items you didn’t return will be confirmed after the returns period has passed.
When do my Curator Points expire?
  • Your Curator Points expire 12 months after they have been confirmed. For example, if you earned 50 points on an order placed on 1 March 2019, with points credited to your account on 30 March 2019, and 20 points on an order placed on 1 April 2019, with points credited to your account on 30 April 2019, then 50 points would expire on 30 March 2020 and 20 points would expire on 30 April 2020.
How long will I stay in my level?
  • Your level expires 12 months from the date of your upgrade. Within this 12-month period, you have the opportunity to earn enough points to remain in the level for another year, or even move up a level.
  • If you move up a level within that 12 months, your level expiry will be reset to 12 months from the date you entered the new level.
Why have I been upgraded by a level?
  • When your level upgrades this means you have earned enough points in the last 12 months to qualify for the next level.
Why has my level been downgraded?
  • Your level for the next 12 months depends on the number of points you have earned by the date of your level expiry. If you’ve moved down by a level, it’s because you haven’t met the qualifying Curator Points total by your level expiry date.
What are Curated Rewards?
  • Curated Rewards are our way of rewarding you for your loyalty to MATCHESFASHION. Every year we’ll choose bespoke rewards we think you’ll love, from an experience to an exclusive offer or a gift.
  • The number of Curated Rewards you will receive is determined by your level. For example, Level 02 Curators will receive three Curated Rewards while Level 04 Curators will receive five Curated Rewards.
How do I use my available level benefits?
  • You can see your available level benefits directly in The Curator dashboard in your My Account area.
  • You are also able to use your available level benefits in the shopping bag and at the checkout. There you will see which available benefits can be used; these will be applied to your order when you click ‘apply’.
  • Please make sure you are opted in to receive emails about The Curator to receive updates and information about your level benefits. You can update your preferences here.
How do I use my available Curated Rewards?
  • You can see your available Curated Rewards directly in The Curator dashboard in your My Account area.
  • You are also able to view and apply your available Curated Rewards at the shopping bag and checkout stage.
  • Please make sure you have opted in to receive emails about The Curator to receive updates and information about your Curated Rewards. You can update your preferences here.
