London-based designer Richard Quinn established his namesake label after graduating from the Central Saint Martins Fashion MA. His debut collection at London Fashion Week featured fully upholstered figures, which were covered in reimagined retro floral prints and clashing textures, garnering instant critical acclaim. Quinn employs couture skills and innovative fabrics to create powerful, vintage-inspired pieces, using recycled satin, digital printing and negating the use of leather to maintain a sustainable operation – a decision Quinn attributes to the influence of mentor Stella McCartney.
