French designer, sculptor and ceramicist Olivia Cognet grew up in Nice on the Côte d’Azur and studied at the revered Villa Arson College before developing her interest in art and architecture into a career in ceramics. Based in the South of France, Olivia’s pieces are handmade in her studio from stoneware clay and inspired by the power of contrasts, specifically between the natural landscapes and modernist buildings in her previous home of California. Expect rustic dinnerware including plates, mugs and colourful sculptural glassware.
