Moon Boot
Giancarlo Zanatta established Moon Boot in 1969, inspired by the technicality of astronaut suits, specifically those worn by Neil Armstrong and his crew on the Apollo 11 mission. Developed as an après-ski staple, function is at the foray of Zanatta’s heritage design, footwear crafted to exaggerated, oversized proportions with a spongey, layered internal membrane, a pebble-studded grip sole and glossy nylon outer, all of which protect in temperatures as low as -35° C. The result is a curated selection of snow boots rendered in monochrome and metallic colourways and finished with bold, graphic logos.
