S.S. Daley

Launched in 2020 as part of founder Steven Stokey-Daley’s final degree collection at the University of Westminster, s.s. Daley quickly captured the attention of senior Vogue journalist Sarah Mower and stylist Harry Lambert – the latter dressed Harry Styles in the label's bespoke shirts and wide-legged trousers for one of his music videos. The designer draws on his upbringing in Liverpool, England to examine themes of class, aristocracy and public-school tradition, sustainably handmaking each garment in the UK using re-purposed materials and donated deadstock fabrics in small-batch or one-of-a-kind production, instilling every item with a sense of character.
