Dubini's necklace features an authentic ancient silver coin medallion minted circa 116-101 B.C. depicting Ariarthes VII Philometor, King of Cappadocia,
which is identical to one currently held in the British Museum. It's handcrafted in Rome with a delicate 18kt gold rolo chain and an aventurine pendant that's cut to a disk shape, highlighting the stone's natural mineral structure.
